Purpose

Blessings Galore’s hardship program is to provide assistance to those who encounter unexpected financial needs, crisis, or circumstances beyond their control.

Eligibility Criteria

Through our hardship assistance program, the recipient must complete application in full and provide proof of income along with any additional documentation to support the assistance being requested. Please understand, not all request will be approved.

Note* You must have a full time, part time job, and/or government assistance documentation to be eligible. We are no longer approving applications to customers that cannot show proof of employment

If an application is approved, there is no guarantee the full amount requested will be issued. All approved applications and disbursements will be made payable to the bill provider.  Example: City of Powder Springs, Cobb EMC, Austell Gas, etc. Financial hardship applications will only be approved once a year unless otherwise approved by CEO or Vice President. Application approvals will be made between the 15th and the 20th of each month with payouts completed by the 30th of each month. Once approved, we will need a copy of the utility bill showing the name of the person(s) applying (person on record) and the account number. Our hardship criteria applies to individuals who has an income level of less than 25,000/yr.
